Short version.

This site collects only what you type into a form: your name, email, phone if you give it, and your message or booking request. It is stored securely so Cynthia can reply or confirm your session, and it is never sold or shared for marketing.

Payments for coaching are handled by Stripe on Cynthia's own account; card details never touch this site. The newsletter is opt-in and every email has an unsubscribe link.

There are no advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. Embedded videos and the streaming platforms linked from the Watch page have their own privacy policies.
