Work with a working actor.
One on one, online, with someone who has been on the other side of the audition and in the chair as a series regular for twenty years. Sessions are by application, so every hour goes to actors who are ready to do the work.
Two ways in.
Audition Prep $100 / hour · Scene Study $150 / hour
Audition Prep
Bring the sides. Forty-five minutes on the read, the tape and the choices that get you a callback.
- Self-tape and in-room auditions
- Beats, objectives and the first ten seconds
- Notes you can use again next time
Acting Coaching / Scene Study
Seventy-five minutes of scene work with a working series regular: on-camera technique, text and the craft between takes.
- Scene study and on-camera technique
- Working actors and students alike
- Ongoing or one-off
Tell Cynthia who you are, what you're working on and when you're usually free. Two minutes.
Cynthia reads every application. If it's a fit, you get her open times for the next two weeks.
Pick a time from her calendar and pay by card through Stripe. Then send the sides and show up ready.
Tell her what you're working on.
No payment now. Cynthia replies by email, usually within a few days. Her calendar moves with her shooting schedule, so open times are shared only after she says yes.
Good questions.
Why apply instead of just booking?
Cynthia is a working actor and her schedule changes with her bookings. Applying lets her give her full attention to actors who are serious about the work, and lets her offer times she can actually keep.
Who is this for?
Working actors prepping a specific audition, students building technique, and anyone who wants honest notes from someone who books. Beginners welcome.
